About iEffect

iEffect's main business is as an immigration service provider for people wishing to come to the UK and work. The founders of iEffect initially came to the UK from India as IT consultants and therefore understand the needs of IT professionals on arrival into the country.

iEffect are licensed immigration advisors for the UK and are registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner under the name of HSMP Global (registration number F200600151). This enables us to advise both individual and corporate clients. Our experience as IT consultants working in the UK along with our experience in immigration services puts us in a key position to help clients obtain visas and then integrate into the UK economy.

The British Government has be aggressively pushing HSMP visas (soon to be renamed Tier 1) as they are expecting a lack of skilled manpower by 2020. This is one of iEffect's areas of expertise, along with a wide range of other Immigration Law including Work Permits, Student Visas, Indefinite Leave to Remain and Naturalisation.

In addition to immigration services, we have kept to our roots in IT. We have a growing catalogue of IT products and through our partners Seanergy Softech, we run an offshore development centre in Hyderabad, India. We are therefore able to offer IT services into the UK market through a combination of offshoring and onsite-offshore development models. Experienced project managers are available to run projects in the UK, and these professionals are backed up by a pool of technical graduates in India. This model guarantees low cost, speed and quality and overcomes one of the biggest problems in offshoring - communication. Services include bespoke application development, contract programming, eBusiness solutions, web design, application maintenance and application testing.
