Anchor - Shipping & Logistics ERP Application
Anchor is a complete Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application for the shipping and logistics industry. It covers all aspects of operations and management for the industry from cost and claim, inland transportation and shipment tracking to human resource management and financial records.
Anchor is packed full of features that meet the needs of large organizations and at the same time it offers a cost effective solution for medium sized companies. It has been designed to improve operational efficiency through a user friendly interface and built to handle any customisation requirements that you may have. Because the system is based on cutting edge internet technology, the application can be accessed from any global location with an internet connection.
Anchor Track
Anchor Track is the web portal side of the software, available to your customers. They can input their shipping requirements and get quotations and automated delivery times, which depend on type of material, volume and destination. Once a quotation has been accepted customers can track their shipment from pick-up to delivery.
Anchor Admin
Anchor admin is the administration panel that is only accessible to the shipping company employees. The cost/quote module of the admin panel helps the user maintain cost components such as handling charges, freight charges and destination charges for different combinations of work load. It also facilitates the preparation of quotes and their subsequent tracking. All past quotations can be searched and reused or used as a template for another quote.
The EXIM module facilitates all the operational activities both in the air and at sea. It handles bookings, shipment creation, execution of statutory documents and online filing with customs. It is this module that also handles the end to end tracking of shipments and your company is alerted when connections are missed. Automatic updates are emailed to the shippers and give information on the status of the shipment.
